Trial and subscription billing
Monthly plans include a seven-day free trial once billing is activated. After the trial, the chosen plan renews at the listed monthly price unless canceled before renewal.
Separate services, such as print and mail, are billed independently from the monthly subscription when they are used.
User responsibilities
You must only upload documents you are authorized to use and review the extracted facts before confirming them.
You remain responsible for making sure your dispute information is truthful, accurate, and appropriate for the debt you are challenging.
